Goal Difference Gives St Vincents Win in MFL1
Our Minor men lined out this morning at Broomfield to face St Vincent's in what was expected to be a challenging Division 1 match. Despite the halftime score which saw the visitors ahead by four points, it was a well-fought battle and it was all to play for in the second half. After the break a more determined Vincent's opened the scoring with a goal and despite some great points scored from frees that bring our lads close, a second goal conceded meant the goals were the difference by the full-time whistle. Final score: 0-14 v 2-14

All Goal Affair for U14A footballers
