Syls Ladies Sharpshooters

This Sunday Dublin travel north to Drumragh GFC to take on Tyrone in the 5th round of the Lidl NFL. Throw in time is pencilled down for 2pm. Dublin to date have recorded NFL victories over Kerry, Monaghan and Cork while their one defeat came at the hands of league table toppers Mayo. Sunday's opposition Tyrone have struggled in this year's NFL having endured four hefty defeats at the hands of Armagh, Cork, Galway and Monaghan.

Tyrone are very much a young team in transition as the red hand County looks to rebuild for the future. Tyrone earlier this month were regraded by Central Council from senior to Intermediate status for the 2016 championship. So it is understandable as to why Tyrone are finding life difficult up in division one this season.

After four rounds of the NFL Carla Rowe heads the Dub's score chart with a personal tally of 3-11 (4f), Sinead Aherne is next on 1-15 (2f), followed in third place by Nicole Owens on 2-06.

The top ten is as follows:

Carla Rowe (Clann Mhuire) 3-11 (4f)
Sinead Aherne (St Sylvester's) 1-15 (2f)
Nicole Owens (St Sylvester's) 2-06
Amy Ring (Foxrock Cabinteely) 2-04
Niamh McEvoy (St Sylvester's) 3-00
Lyndsey Davey (Skerries Harps) 1-05
Noelle Healy (St Brigid's) 0-04
Siobhan Woods (Raheny) 0-02
Sinead Goldrick (Foxrock Cabinteely) 0-01
Deirdre Murphy (St Brigid's) 0-01

Dublin will announce their line out for Sunday's game versus Tyrone on Friday evening.
