Syls minors give boden a malahiding

st sylvesters 3-15 v ballyboden st endas 0-0 I'll credit Keith with the headline, you may be sure Boden have and will give us the same from time to time. Monday night in broomfield brought ballyboden to the heart of sylvesters home ground and this time it was bodens hearts broken,it started on the whistle with syls winning the first throw in and that set the tone for the night as syls put on a majestic display of fast attacking football and hard defending,
That any county team would be proud of,2 clinical taken goals and 7 points many of them you would only see in croke park gave syls a good half time lead, and still only in second gear, same things resumed in the second half winning the first ball and even when a attack got broken down syls were first to the ball, as getting out in front is so important this then started syls to dominate the game as boden were second all the time, another goal came from a attack at pace with passing and moving( you would only see on strictly come dancing)and a super finish to top it off.8 more points sailed over and syls were flying with bodens hearts broken it was all over and the referee blew the final whistle..the minor train continues unbeaten in 5 (4 in the league)...in a interview with one of the players"yes we are flying at the moment training is great we are learning all the time and we are all enjoying the new drills and confidence and we believe in ourselves ,cheers to all the managers and mentors" ....
