Sports Capital Grant success
Further to an application for funding in the 2019 Sports Capital Grant programme made by the Club earlier this year we are delighted to hear of funding awarded to further support the needs of our players and provide additional winter playing facilities for our young people. >>
Earlier this year we made an application for funding in the 2019 Sports Capital Grant programme to help develop our Sports Campus at Broomfield. We are planning to install flood-lighting on Pitch 1 to further support the needs of our players and provide additional winter playing facilities for our young people.
We are delighted to learn that our application has been successful with a grant allocation of €58k.
The funds raised at our recent Gala Night will go towards this investment proposal and we will be working intensely in the new year to further bridge the funding gap.
This is the start of another hugely important milestone in the development of our facilities at Broomfield, building upon our "One Club" ambitions and allows us to further consolidate our teams into a top class facility.
