Our Club For All Seasons - New Sports Campus at Broomfield

After many generations of hoping and dreaming of appropriate winter training facilities for our players, we are delighted to confirm that our new all-weather facility will be completed before the end of 2018.

This is the first major step in building a sporting campus in Broomfield that will match the sporting needs and ambitions of our members.

Our total investment in this all-weather facility over the last few years will amount to over €1M (including capital grants) and alongside this we have invested in completing the Ball Wall, improvements to changing rooms and completed upgrades to our Clubhouse at Church Road. These are all essential investments to enhance the facilities for all our members. The further phases will focus on improving the grass playing pitches in Broomfield in the coming years.

We still very much need your support in the coming months to raise the remaining funds required to complete the new All-Weather facility. If you can help in any way please do so. Our annual Gala Night in early November will be a key event and any support you can provide to make this event another success would be appreciated. Raffle tickets will be on sale shortly which is an opportunity for everyone to contribute in a small way.

With the huge increase in playing activity at Broomfield over the last few years, we are beginning to witness the incredible impact of bringing all our teams together in one centralised location and, with it, the benefit of becoming One Club. We are now well on our journey to build a sporting complex in Broomfield – please help us complete this goal in the years ahead.
