Due to the recent bad weather / unplayable pitches a number of games remain to be played in Intermediate and Junior hurling championships before we can finalise the quarter-final pairings. These outstanding games have been fixed for next week. As a result the quarter-finals of these championships have been deferred until September.Dates to be confirmed. It is also necessary to postpone a number of AHL games next week to give priority to playing the outstanding championship games. Please note that championship games must be played as fixed - no postponements will be granted.
All Clubs in all competitions are reminded that games rescheduled by agreement must be played within 7 days. Any game not played within that period will be awarded / declared void according to the circumstances. Requests for postponements in excess of 7 days after the original fixture date will not be entertained.
Notification of rescheduled games. For mid week games - not later than midday on the day prior to the original fixture date.
For weekend games - not later than midday on the Friday.
Non-compliance with the above may result in loss of points, fine etc.
