The Lights are ON - message from Paddy

The Lights are ON - message from Paddy

As part of our club’s ambitions for a sports campus in Broomfield we are delighted to confirm that the new floodlights on pitch 2 are now operational. This is a vital first step in the development of a full “all-weather” facility in Broomfield and represents an investment of almost €150k. This development has been funded by a combination of grant aid from the Sports Council and the “Gala Night” fund-raising event that was held in November 2016.

St Sylvesters Website - sorry lads, I cannot do it anymore

For personal reasons I am forced to resign as PRO of St Sylvesters and I must also pull back from maintaining the website which I have been doing since 2004. Anyone who has any interest in getting involved please contact Paddy at patrick.miskelly@mdlz.com or Fergal at fergal@rew.ie. This is not a technical role, it is much more about story telling with words and pictures and could suit a group of people looking after football, hurling, ladies, ccc1, academy, ccc2, social, sponsors. I'll leave it with you but I hope someone steps forward as the web is a very important communications medium for the club and the local newspapers also rely quite heavily on the site being up to date.
