SHC promotion / relegation. CCC decided on Monday evening that there will be no relegation from SHC A this year. It had previously been decided that relegation / promotion would be on a one down two up basis to fill the vacancy created by UCD's decision not to enter the 2013 Hurling Championship.. As one of the club's in the SHC B promotion positions already already has a team which competes in the SHC A their 2nd team cannot be promoted therefore there is no need for relegation.
