The St. Sylvester’s Annual Awards Night, sponsored by Bank of Ireland will take place in the Grand Hotel, Malahide; on Saturday February 2nd-2013 at 7pm sharp. St Sylvester’s GAA club notes January 13th
Gary Sweeney scored for Dublin in their game against Wicklow in Parnell Park today. It’s a great tribute to Gary to see him fully recovered and back in action at the highest level after such a serious injury.
The club bids a fond farewell to the very popular Darren Clarke who has graced our games for the last five years. Darren made a great contribution to the development of the senior team. Darren is moving back to his native Ardee.
There will be a fund raising table quiz next Friday, January 18th in the club. Funds raised go to local charity CASA which supports people with disabilities by providing respite in Ard Na Mara. Please come along and support. It will be the best €10 you spend next week.
