Crokes qualify to meet Syls in Minor C'ship Final

There was a good Syls crew down at Bray Emmet's fabulous facility to see Crokes overcome Na Fianna by a single point in the other semi-final. Although they led from start to finish, mostly by three or more points, Crokes never put the game away and a late Na Fianna goal had us expecting (and probably fearing due to the bitter cold) a draw and extra time. Crokes excellent defense, however, had other ideas, and along with a more economical forward division probably deserved the win. We will have out work cut out but no doubt we will be well up for it, John, Panner, Paul and Super certainly have the lads preparing hard.
