Garda vetting
As part of the Garda Vetting process, all mentors must complete attached forms and return them to the club in a sealed envelope with your name on it and also mark it for Norma Murphy's attention. The actual Garda Vetting Document must be completed on both sides on 1 page.
If you have
difficulty printing the two sided document, they are available at the bar in
the clubhouse.Please ensure that all completed forms are returned to the club by
Friday 8pm.
Apologies to the mentors that attended and completed
the forms last Thursday, they will have to be completed
again.
