Mixed results midweek 14th May

Senior Footballers won in round2 of the Dublin Senior Football Championship, Inters lost, U16 and U15 hurlers both had good wins, the U15s won over Vincents on Sunday also, U12 footballers and Minor hurlers lost by a couple of points

SFC St. Sylvester’s 1-08 Whitehall Colmcilles 0-07.

It's gas really, nobody seemed very excited by our 4 point win in what sounded like a lacklustre display at St Margarets in poor conditions. Gabriel was happy enough, however - he knows well we have lost at this stage a number of times lately. David Galvin told me he had a great game and to say Hi to his fans.

IFC We lost by 5 to Pats of Palmerstown

Strong AFL2 senior opposition - reported that we played well against good opposition - poor support, however but Pat Keogh wanted it noted that he went straight from work.

MHL4  St. Marks 1-11 St. Sylvester’s 1-04.

U16H Div2 St Sylvesters 0-13 St Vincents 0-7

This was a really solid display in very overcast conditions, there was no life at all in the ball. Conor Meaney scored six from play, Mossy Morris made one great save late in the game to deny Vins a way back, Stephen Keogh, Oisin and Niall Gilson were solid at the back, Gareth McGrath swept up up across the middle, Kevin McLoughney looked comfortable on the wing, Andrew Smith scored a cracker from the other wing, Kevin O'Flynn was busy and a little unluckey not to goal a few times. Ernie and Colm were pleased.

U15H Div2 we beat Balinteer

U15H Div2 - we won over St Vincents on Sunday - good week for these guys
