Inters impress at the Naul
IFC St Sylvesters 1-15 St Margarets 0-09 Very impressive display by the Inters winning comprehensively over Margarets. The football and especially point scoring from both sides was top class. We have a mostly very young side and we moved the ball quickly off the foot, never giving Margarets time to crowd us.
Mark Maher gave a very impressive display in the middle with Ja, a very mobile back line with Ciaran McArdle at full, Alan Morris at centre, Higgins and Peacock in the corners and Alan and Damien on the wings. Conor Meaney had his best game in e long while with seven points from play, Conor Colclough had a busy return to football and Mark Finnerty, Fionn Cahill, Kevin Clarke and David Bannigan all contributing to an impressive display.
