Juvenile AGM
Good crowd present for a lively Juvenile AGM on Wednesday. Chairman Ernie Brenner and Secretary Pat Hoyne presented an excellent summary and report on a very busy and successful 2012 both on and off the field of play - highlights probably being the Feile Football and Hurling competitions, very strong showings in the younger ages in football and hurling and wins U16 and U14.
Former Waterford and Mount Sion hurler Anthony Cooney takes over the Chair from De La salle neighbour Ernie Brenner who has served four busy years. John Drumm takes on the Secretary role from born again hurler Pat Hoyne while John McCormack continues as Vice Chair.
Ernie thanked all the players, mentors and volunteers who helped Syls make a huge contribution to the youth of Malahide in 2012 and wished all every success in 2013.
