I attach mid week fixtures for both CCC1 & CCC2 to cover the period Monday August 27th to Thursday August 30th.
Re: U/12 Football Blitz tournament this Saturday
It is quite disappointing that clubs are withdrawing teams at this
point of the week. This event on Saturday is a stand alone CCC1
tournament without no other activity and has been in the calendar since
November 2011. It was assumed that clubs would use the opportunity to
sub up U/11s if required. Thankfully most clubs are doing this. CCC1
expect a club with more than one team to continue to host their event
and to withdraw the team who is travelling to another club if required.
To ensure those U/11 & U/12 children available to play this
Saturday , I am trying to redirect clubs and will be text the U/12
mentor who receives the Result Text each fixture weekend with a new
venue.
Referees should be paid €20 per team to cover all 3 games. If a
venue is reduced to 3 teams , only 1 referee is required and they should
be paid €15 per team. Please keep the referee coordinator of the club
supplying the referee briefed.
Medals are required to be collected by Friday afternoon from myself in Parnell Park.
