Minor Hurling B Championship
St Sylvesters 0-8 Oliver Plunkets 2-10
We exited the championship on Sunday last against a very strong Plunket’s side. Down five points at half time we pulled it back to two ten minutes into the second half. We found it difficult to score and break down the Plunket’s defence, but we worked tirelessly to the end showing the true character this team has displayed over the years.
Well done to a fantastic group of young Sylvesters hurlers and to the nine players leaving minor to play hurling at junior, intermediate and senior level next year.
