No juvenile fixtures Easter weekend

A Rúnaí, a chara, There will be no Juvenile Fixtures for the Easter Weekend. Please make your Mentors aware of the 2013 Juvenile Fixtures Calendar ( issued November 2012) which can be found in the downloads sections of the website. .This maybe of particular interest to U/8 , U/9 & U/10 Mentors

CCC1 update

A CCC1 County Delegate meeting will take place on Monday April 8th to discuss U/11 & U/12 Football League Gradings for the upcoming Leagues. The proposed gradings will be issued on the Monday morning.

At this meeting Ger O'Connor ( Coaching & Games) will have an initial general discussion with clubs on the impact of the Weekend Congress motion concerning Go Games and the impact on our programme especially for the 2014 season.

CCC2 update 

The draw for both Féile Peil na nÓg and Féile na nGael will take place at a CCC2 County Delegate meeting on Tuesday April 9th at 8 p.m. in Parnell Park. 

The Féile Peil gradings will be issued Tuesday April 2nd and the Hurling Féile gradings will be issued Monday April 8th.

CCC2 will assume all teams currently taking part in the U/14 Football and Hurling Leagues will participate. If your club wishes to take part your Juvenile Secretary needs to let me know by Friday March 29th at the latest.

Separately, a file has been sent to your Juvenile Secretary for the submission of Football panels to be completed by Clubs who are taking part in Féile Peil na nÓg (May 4th & May 5th). A separate capture file will be issued in April for the Hurling Féile.

Please return the Football panel details by email to kathleen@dublingaa.ie by Wednesday April 10th.

Please note the following which is in line with previous years.

SPECIAL RULES FOR “B” or "C" TEAMS

No “B” or “C” team panel may include any more than 3 (Three) players born in 2000 or

 thereafter i.e. a maximum of 3 players on the panel who belong to any age group younger 

 than Under 14.

Clubs should also be considering any interest in hosting a group section. However, host venues can only be confirmed on the night of the draw once the full draw is known.
