Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Executive Committee of St Sylvester’s GAA Club hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on
Wednesday 3rd April, 2013, commencing 8.30 p.m.
at
2 Church Road, Malahide
Notice of motions for the AGM and nominations of registered full members to serve as Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Communications Officer or as one of three ordinary committee members may be made by any two registered full members and must be submitted in writing to, and received by, the Secretary no later than 20th March 2013. A nomination must be accompanied by the written consent of the nominee. Nomination forms are available on request from the Secretary.
Nominations and motions for the AGM received by the Secretary by Wednesday 20th March 2013 will be posted on the club website and on the notice board in the clubhouse from Wednesday 27th March 2013. Copies of the minutes of the previous AGM, the Secretary’s report, audited accounts and sub-committee reports will be made available to registered full members on request from Wednesday 27th March..
A large attendance at this important meeting is desirable and we are asking members to make a special effort to attend.
