Syls U13’s just shade it
Syls played Cuala in their Division 1 Football league match in Glenageary on Saturday. The match went right to the wire but in the end Syls ability to score goals allowed them to get over the line.
Cuala opened the scoring, and held the lead until the break – half time score Cuala 1-06, Sylvesters 0-06.
In the first 15 mins of the second
half Syls hit the front, and scored 3-01 to take a healthy lead. They had to
withstand a serious onslaught in the last 10 mins as Cuala dominated the play
but could not find the back of the net. Final score Sylvesters 3-08, Cuala
1-11.
