Syls U9 footballers win over Whitehall
Syls U9 footballers (and their mascot Buddy Guiden) restarted their campaign after the Summer break with a hard fought win over Whitehall Colmcilles. Games between these two sides are usually close and hard fought and Saturdays latest installment was no different.
Much of our training in recent weeks was centered around possession, tackling, blocking, getting the ball, keeping it and passing it effectively and it was great to see our practice coming to fruitition. Well done to all the players and keep up the hard work in training.
