Fingal and Wicklow played a lively Keagh Cup game at Swords - Martin Ormande again featured well for Fingal while Alan Morris was mister flexibility playing at m wing back to wing forward but Wicklow stole it with a last second goal. I hear the minors are training in the morning, Dubs style, worth a try, we need to get back into contention in this grade. The U21s have already played a bunch of friendly games (good runout against Raheny this morning), should be a great game at Silver park next Saturday,

There were 11 Syls coaches at the 8 session Award1 coaching course at Portmarnock - strong statement by the juvenile section, well done lads.

We had three lads play Keogh Cup last week for Fingal v Trinity College - playing again tomorrow at Swords - well done to Alan Morris, Andrew Richardson and Martin Ormonde and hopefully Fingal will continue their progress in this and Nation League competitions.

A lot of the lads are out doing heavy physical training at the moment - way to go lads.
