Niamh and Sinead brought the Brendan Martin All Ireland Ladies Trophy to Malahide on Sunday for a bit of a hooley. Sinead Tracy brought the Aisling McGinn, our piper lead the traditional parade across the railway bridge, Niamh McEvoy from Parnells, Ann Clark from Marnóg, Mary Nevin from Na Fianna and Louise Kidd from St Pergrines came to lend support, Malahide and Syls folk came to show their appreciation, the Ladies Committee and the lads at the club did the business as usual, the singers were great and Niamh McEvoy capped it all with her own version of Phil Lynotts classic 'The Girls are Back in Town'.

Vice Chairman Leonard O'Carroll welcomed everyone and Brian Sullivan did a bit of Q&A with the girls. It was a great night at the club, even The Banger gave us a few moves. Congrats to the girls, great achievement, and to our hard working committee, Brian, Suzanne, Angela, Gerry, Martin, Cliodhna, Liz, Susan, Carol (I know I missed some of you, sorry).

And Phil, you can rest easy, Niamh will stick with the football!
