U12s Fund Raising for Ardara Trip
Over the week-end of June 10th and 11th, the St.Sylvester's U12 footballers with their mentors and families will travel to Ardara in South West Donegal to represent the club in the annual U12 tournament run by the local club.
The team will be following in the footsteps of several previous U12 teams and it is our intention that the players will represent themselves, their families and their club with passion, pride and respect.
We are honoured to be invited by Ardara and intend to continue the good reputation enjoyed in the area by St. Sylvesters.We are hoping this will be an enjoyable night for the parents and club members.We would appreciate your support by taking a table - which will cost €40. We will competing against three Donegal teams, one from Sligo, one from Down and possbly another Dublin team.
At this point, we are expecting to bring in excess of 90 people to Donegal.
To raise money to support the week-end, there are a number of fund-raisers including:
- On Thursday week, June the 2nd, there is a General Knowledge Quiz in the clubhouse, starting at 8.30. There will be food, kindly organised by Gilmore Food Services, and a number of incredible prizes sponsored by our parents which are much appreciated. In addition there will be the chance to secure a night at the O2, courtesy of Audi North Dublin.
- On Sunday, June the 5th, there is a cake sale in the Parochial Hall, starting after the ten o'clock Mass, and your support would be appreciated, in terms of either providing some food for the sale or by going along on the day
