U16 awards evening
The U16 hurlers and footballers had their award and medal presentations on Thursday alongside the Michael Gaffney event. Great to have all the parents and players together for our last juvenile event. (Shay and Padraig's team had a night at Shelbourne Park a week ago). The football awards went to Gary Greenan and Dylan McEvoy while the hurling awards went to Killian Power and Barry Shearman.
The U16 hurlers received their medals for winning the league and a poster remembering their years together. Kevin Haverty made some lovely presentations on behalf of the parents and boys to Archie, Peter, Bernard and Mel for mentoring these teams since U8.
