Unders 16s show great spirit

The Under 16 footballers kept their top-four play-off hopes very much alive with a two points win over Geraldine Morans at Bridgefield on Thursday. With the league campaign closing down for July, the 5-6 to 3-10 win – the team’s fifth success from their last six games – consolidated thier third place position in the league and was down to great team spirit in the face of a late onslaught from the southsiders.
