Our senior hurlers had a great win this evening at Broomfield where there was a good turnout to cheer the lads on..
Goals win games and three early goals from Liam Foley, Seanie Graham and Killian O Flynn helped Syls to a deserved 7 point lead at half time. A second half fight back saw Barrs draw back level. A succession of fine saves by Dave Kennedy kept Syls alive only for Seanie Graham to get the last two scores to secure 2 valuable points. Syls 3-11 Barrs 1-15.
