Facility improvements in Broomfield
Led by Liam Foley a small group of volunteers gave up their time for the 2nd Saturday in a row and tackled the hedging , balls stops on pitch2 and our sponsors signs on the pitch 1.
Liam brought some machinery for height access to tie up the ball stop nets. The lads also tidied up the hedging allowing much easier access if any balls end up in the ditch. They also removed the rubbish from the dressing rooms and Liam has committed to do this on a weekly basis.
They also tackled the signage on our pitches with a power hose.
There is more work to be done in Broomfield but this is a great start!
