Hurling and Football playing rule changes effective from Saturday April 11th

I now attach for your information full details of Hurling and Football playing rule changes which were agreed at GAA Congress this year. These playing rule changes come into effect from next Saturday week April 11th 2015. Please circulate to all relevant parties within your club to make sure all are made aware of these playing rule changes.
