Junior hurlers win a tight one at Drimnagh Castle

AHL6: Réalt Dearg 2-13 St Sylvesters 3-13. (Drimnagh Castle, Sunday 19th April) 3 points up a HT against a stiff enough breeze ( Syls 2-5 to 0-8), we felt that we could push on in the 2nd half but Syls never really grabbed the game by the scruff against a Réalt Dearg side that had quite a few very skillful players.

It was all square with 10 minutes to go, however Syls kept their composure and finished strong with 3 points on the trot from Hiliary (65), Gregg (f) and a fine point from David Kennedy his 2nd  of the game.  Mention also for Eoin Cooney (Minor) who had a good innings with 2-1.
