Scór coming to Dublin - volunteers needed Feb 14th

Scór All Ireland Finals takes place in Dublin this year, the 1st time since 1972,. It was held in the Gaiety Theatre on that occasion. Scór has grown over the years & this year Scór is being held in City West Hotel, expected attendance at each All Ireland is 2,000. Scór na n Óg All Ireland takes place on Feb 14th & Scór Sinsir takes place on April 25th.

Where ever the Scór All Irelands are held,(they are in different venues each year)the local GAA Clubs in the area provide the stewarding on the day. This is where Coiste Scór Átha Cliath needs your Club’s help on Feb 14tW. We are requesting in the time honoured tradition of the GAA that you provide members on the day to help with stewarding.

What is involved in being a volunteer for the day:

There are 2 events. The 1st event is the Quiz which starts @ 11 am, finishes @ 1.0 pm. Meet @ 9.0 for briefing by Chief Stewart, voucher for light breakfast will be provided. If you volunteer for the whole day, voucher for lunch will also be provided.

Main event starts @ 3.0p.m meet @ 1.30 for briefing by chief steward .There will be an interval @ 5p.m. & event is over by 7.0 p.m. You are also guaranteed a great days entertainment

It is a huge honour for Dublin to be chosen at the host for Scór All Ireland. The standard of the competition in each of the 8 sections is fierce.
