U13 Girls overcome Trinity Gaels

St Sylvesters v Trinity Gaels on 25 Mar 2017

St Sylvesters hosted Trinity Gaels on a glorious Saturday afternoon. The teams were evenly matched.  Trinity Gaels took an early lead with some well taken. The St Sylvesters girls rallied to lead 2-1 to 1-3 at half time.

The second  half was an equally enthralling game with the defences for  both teams dominant. The St Sylvesters forwards eventually broke through to earn a decisive lead. While Trinity Gales rallied, they were unable to break down a determined  St Sylvesters defense. St Sylvesters won 3-3 to 1-4.
