The St Sylvester’s Ladies Football section continues to grow. As well as the great work being done at Juv

enile level, our adult teams are going from strength to strength and we are all very proud of our great Dublin stars but these are only part of the story. This growth needs ongoing support- playing, coaching or supporting the teams behind the scenes.7

Last season in the Dublin Senior Championship St Sylvester's ladies lost by 2 points to All Ireland Finalists, Foxrock-Cabinteely. Our Junior Ladies reached the championship semi-final stages and our minors who won the league unbeaten, were defeated by a single point in their championship final. We hope that 2019 will see these teams continue to develop and we’ve no doubt that we’ll be strong contenders in all of these championships next year. We would welcome new players and mentors/administrators into the Ladies section as we continue to grow. Our potential is enormous, however we need as many resources as possible to help us achieve our goals.
