CCC1 Results
A very good weekend for our young footballers with all Age Groups registering good wins: Our U8 footballers beat Erins Isle in the Castle early Saturday morning and our U9s had a good win over Na Fianna straight after. The U10s and 11s hit the road and recorded convincing wins away to Na Fianna and St Maurs respectively. Pride of place goes to the U12s who had an excellent away win over a strong Clontarf team and go in to their last 2 games knowing that the Division 1 League title will be theirs if they win both remaining games. Nursery registration - volunteers needed
Our Nursery starts back on Saturday 3rd September and volunteers are required to help register all players on that day, and also the following Saturday, 10th September. If you can help out, can you please liaise with Panner - (086) 816 7399
Super Valu Bag Packing
Thanks to Super Valu Malahide and all our volunteers who turned out on Friday evening and Saturday to help with the back packing in our local store. Paul O’Toole and his U14s, John McCormack and his U11s and Pat Hoyne with the U10s. Thanks to all the parents and players who helped us to raise €650, the players seemed to enjoy it and we got great feedback from the shoppers who were only too happy to contribute their change to the club. The St Sylvester's Juvenile Committee for 2010 was elected at our AGM last week. Best of luck to all in 2010. I have set up the following coaching committee. As discussed the juvenile section is dynamic and mentors and officers move on as their teams move through the our juvenile games, so the names below will change but the roles will remain the same.
