Annual St Sylvesters Golf Classic 30th August
Our Annual Syls Golf Classic in aid of our adult football and hurling teams will take place on 30th Aug. Thanks to @grantthornton @jonesengineering @aghadoeb&b & @permanenttsb for their ongoing support. This year we are running a 4 man team event. Pre- golf lunch, evening steak dinner, auction & raffle prizes! Registration €100 per individual, €400 per 4 man team. Contact Fergal or Richard to register asap!

Syls Overcome St Vincents in Inter Hurling Championship @ Broomfield
Our hurlers were triumphant winners in a hard fought game against a very strong @StVincentsGAA1 team on Saturday evening . Final score 1-16 v 2-10. They've achieved four wins from four played enjoying a top of the table position going into their next match v Scoil Ui Chonaill in September. Well done lads 🙌🏻💙💚

Dublin hurlers announced to join Syls Advanced Hurling Camp - book now!
There’s a fantastic opportunity for young hurlers aged 8-15 to improve their skill & get first-hand knowledge on the game when Dublin hurlers Eoghan O’Donnell & Chris Crummey lead our Advanced Hurling Camp! These hurlers have seen a step-change in their success this year & are looking forward to real contention in the senior game in next year’s Championship. What a great change for our lads to be coached by their hurling heroes!

Following the commencement of recent child welfare legislation- Children’s First Act 2015, and the upgrading of our Code of Behaviour (Underage) all Clubs are now obliged to undertake a Child Safeguarding Risk Assessment. This examined the potential for harm and abuse that could come to children while they are in our care and attending our games and activities.This has been completed by our club.
