Compulsory Mouth Guards

As you all know from 1st January it is now compulsory to wear mouth guards or gum shields in all training sessions and matches. With this in mind Traolach O’Donnell has arranged for JP Mone of Gaelic Performance to attend the 3rd and 4th team training session @ 7:00pm on Thursday 23rd to give a demonstration on the guards displayed below. These come highly recommended by Dr Niall Moyna of DCU. JP will also be taking orders on the night. Tricky has agreed a special price for Syls members of €25 for the mouth guard and the gloves package (also displayed below). For those of you that don’t already have mouth guards please do what you can to get up on Thursday.
