Impressive Junior Football win
JFC C St Maurs 0-07 St Sylvesters 0-13 A tough Championship game away to Maurs, it took us a long time to get to grips with a very determined Maurs outfit who started well and raced into a three point lead. Dan and Peter got to grips in the middle and our fast forwards, Kevin Casey, Dylan and Paul Connolly, Eoin Sweeney knocked over a few points and we went in even at the break after facing a strong breeze.

The second half was all Syls, Jha came on in the middle and although we never completely closed out the game we were always in control.
