St Sylvester’s GAA club notes 17th June

Senior Football Championship O’Tooles 0-4  -  3-19 St Sylvester’s This was a very comprehensive victory. The early goals sucked all the life out of this match as a contest. That doesn’t take away from a very good team performance and some very attractive football of the highest quality. What a shame they have to put it all on hold again.

AFL7 St Margarets 1-8  -  2-15 St Sylvester’s

The junior a team continued their excellent run with a high scoring victory in St Margaret’s.


AFL9 Erins Isle 0-7  -  2-9 St Sylvester’s

The junior b team made it a three wins from three and a very good week of results for the adult football teams.


The three adult hurling teams have mid-week and weekend matches this week. There are three adult football teams in cup action next Sunday with an attractive double bill in Broomfield against Ballymun Kickhams. The minor hurling and football teams are also in action in a very busy week. All details for the fixtures are available on the website www.stsylvesters.ie
